Lukashenko’s suggestion to learn from Wagner doesn’t prove coup was “Maskirovka”

Just because President Putin averted the large-scale bloodshed that his country’s existential enemies wanted to see and then turned this crisis to the Union State’s advantage doesn’t mean that the whole thing was “maskirovka” like the Alt-Media Community’s “sixth columnists” claim. Those who believe this have fallen for the West’s psy-op into questioning his integrity and that of the FSB, other Russian officials like the National Guard chief, and Russia’s publicly financed international media.

It was earlier assessed that “Exiling Prigozhin & His Collaborators To Belarus Serves Russian Interests”, which was just confirmed by Belarusian President Lukashenko on Friday [June 30-ed]. He praised Wagner for “hammer[ing] the French in Africa”, not to mention their role in Russia’s special operation and especially its victory in the Battle of Artyomovsk, before suggesting that they share their warfighting experiences with his forces. This came the same day that Belarus approved the creation of a people’s militia.

The larger context is that the Belarusian leader earlier warned that the West is plotting another coup against him together with the possibility of launching Belgorod-like proxy incursions. His country needs all the help it can get in defending itself, which is why it’s wise to utilize the outcome of last week’s deal that Lukashenko mediated to that end. Russia won’t have any problem with this either since President Putin repeatedly described Wagner as patriotic heroes in spite of the treason committed by their chief.

It therefore makes perfect sense for them to defend his Union State ally from the threats posed by their shared existential enemies, which can be done by sharing its warfighting experiences like Lukashenko suggested as well as carrying out multidimensional information warfare operations. Regarding the latter, it was earlier reported that Russia blocked Prigozhin’s “Patriot media group” network, after which it chose to shut down its activities in the country.

Since he, his colluders, and their supporters are now relocating to Belarus, those newly unemployed specialists can prospectively go with them to resume their information warfare operations there. These can take the form of offensive ones targeting their host’s NATO neighbours as well as defense operations aimed at galvanizing support for the Belarusian government in the face of another impending coup. Taken together, Wagner can become a national security asset for Belarus with full Russian approval.

In the scenario that Belgorod-like proxy incursions are launched from Ukrainian territory, which Zelensky might be prepared to do at the behest of his Western patrons as suggested my him suspiciously strengthening his country’s northern border, then Wagner could be Belarus’ first line of defense. Not only might it directly stop the invaders, but it could also be ordered by Lukashenko to stage cross-border raids aimed at destroying their base camps, including preemptively if such a decision is made.

“It’s Unlikely That Wagner Will Open Up A Northern Front After Prigozhin’s Failed Coup” despite well-intended wishful thinking from the Alt-Media Community (AMC) and malicious fake news from their Mainstream Media rivals to the contrary, though that also can’t completely be ruled out either. What can be known for sure, however, is that President Putin didn’t stage a “false flag coup” and colluded with Prigozhin to shoot down Russian pilots as part of a “5D chess master plan” to deploy Wagner to Belarus.

That conspiracy theory is regrettably going viral across the AMC over the past week and misleading countless folks into falling for this “sixth columnist” narrative aimed at making them think that the Russian leader committed treason. Those who subsequently build their worldview on this basis will become increasingly divorced from reality and thus become even easier for Western intelligence services to manipulate, which is why this false narrative must be nipped in the bud as soon as possible.

President Putin didn’t kill Prigozhin and his colluders because he wanted to prevent them from becoming martyrs while also pragmatically averting the civil war that the West sought to provoke via what could have otherwise been their most destabilizing “useful idiot” in history had his coup not been stopped. Neither the FSB nor President Putin were lying when they rightly described the Wagner chief’s treason as a “stab/knife in the back” respectively.

The same can obviously be said about those officials and publicly financed international media that repeated their description of what he did, yet those top AMC influencers who are peddling this conspiracy theory want their audience to think otherwise. These figures might have previously earned respect for their accurate analyses and/or reporting, but they’re betraying the trust that their followers have placed in them by lying about this to generate clout, push their ideology, and/or solicit donations.

Prigozhin’s failed coup was a milestone for more reasons than one since it represented the greatest challenge to Russia’s constitutional authority since 1993, the most devious attempted subversion of that country by the West since 1917 according to President Putin himself, and a turning point in the AMC. Regarding the last-mentioned, this refers to what was previously written with respect to those of its misled supporters who build their worldviews upon the claim that he carried out a “false flag coup”.

Just because President Putin averted the large-scale bloodshed that his country’s existential enemies wanted to see and then turned this crisis to the Union State’s advantage as was already explained doesn’t mean that the whole thing was “maskirovka” like the AMC’s “sixth columnists” claim. Those who believe this have fallen for the West’s psy-op into questioning his integrity and that of the FSB, other Russian officials like the National Guard chief, and Russia’s publicly financed international media.

It serves the interests of Russia’s existential enemies for its supporters to think that these pillars of the state are lying, not to mention the innuendo that President Putin supposedly ordered Prigozhin to shoot down those Russian pilots who he then commemorated all throughout the past week in his speeches. There’s no middle ground: either all those named in the preceding paragraph are telling the truth or they’re lying. Russia’s true supporters believe the former while its enemies ridiculously allege the latter.
