About :  The author works with local community organisations in providing technical assistance on sustainable development. He is a member of the Social Development Goals Kenya Forum, and is affiliated to a community based organisation called Basic Community Development Solutions. He has worked with the United Nations Millennium Campaign (Africa Office) based in Kenya.
